Time for a new bio!
about me, well, I like to work with my hands, one of my favourite things in the whole world is the simple joy of creation. I prefer to work with wood more than anything else, though it's fair enough to say i dabble in cooking, metalwork, mechanics, painting, drawing etc.
I'm 18 years old, and i live in the wonderful surfing village of Porthtowan, Cornwall, though I myself do not surf...
I currently study in Falmouth Marine school, where I am expanding my woodworking knowledge to my great satisfaction. I love my workshop greatly, I couldn't imagine living without one, to the point that if i were to move out, i would want to move into an old industrial building, with a hammock and toilet, and a massive great workshop! and in there i could craft my greatest passion: Boats!
I love, have always loved, and always will love, boats. from the elegance of a sailing yacht slicing through the water, to the brute force of a power boat skimming over the top, to the slow strong passage of a fishing trawler through the waves. I have designed them for as long as i could draw, mainly in a desperate attempt to own one, I've never completed a proper design, for now, i'm satisfied just working on them and learning how to build them :)
I can't think of anything else important...ummm...I'm single? is that relevant? uhh...I love the chisels I got for Christmas, those were cool, thanks dad and Logan. uhh...i like my little pony, cus it's awesome...aaaaand I like a really wide selection of music, a lot of which some people would not acknowledge as music.
right, that's it...did you seriously just read all that?
